Newcastle Castle is a must see for anyone studying in the city. We can do guided tours for freshers or University societies, or more focused sessions for particular courses and topics. We’ve also worked with Universities on a number of longer term projects.

The cost for college and university groups to visit the Castle is £7 per person (students and staff), and this can include an introduction or guided tour from a member of the Castle team for no extra cost. For students working on long term projects with us we usually offer free entry throughout the term of the project. We’ve worked for a number of years with the schools of Arts and Culture and Modern Languages at Newcastle University on projects including developing interpretation and translating materials into a variety of languages for our visitors.
